Shane Warne’s Ball of the Century is 20 years old today

New Delhi: Ball of the Century is not an easy title to win or maintain for two long decades but Shane Warne pulled it off with easy panache. 20 years ago, Warne, was still wet behind the ears, when he took on Mike Gatting in the 1993 Ashes. From being relatively obscure to emerge on the international scene with a master leg break, Warne came a long way in a matter of a single series. Amazingly, it was Warne’s first ball in an Ashes series.
