Fabregas rubbishes rumours, to stay with Barcelona




Cesc Fabregas has been linked with a move away from Barcelona to one of the English clubs but the Spanis International has rubbished these rumours stating that he is very happy with the club. Fabregas who started his career with barcelona as a trainee came back to Barca in 2011 when he was signed for 29 million Euros from Arsenal.
Fabregas dismissed the rumours linking him to a move to England from Barcelona by saying that he was happy at Barca and that the rumours are completely absurd.
Fabregas has played 96 matches for the La Liga giants and has scored 29 goals for them. Fabregas who plays as a mid fielder or attacking mid-fielder has also played as a winger or second attacker but has generally been assigned to the mid-field position.
Before coming back to Barcelona in 2011, Fabregas had scored 57 goals for Arsenal and earned 303 caps for the gunners. He was also named captain for the gunners on 24 November 2008 but was soon ruled out due to a knee injury.
in 2012-13 season, Fabregas played a total of 30 games for Barcelona but was substituted in 16 of those games creating speculations about him being unsettled in the side.
