Manchester City closing in on Malaga ace Isco
Manchester: English Premier League club Manchester City are believed to be on the verge of signing Spanish U-21 wonder-kid Isco from Malaga according to the Daily Mirror. City have been heavily linked with the 21-year old attacking midfielder in recent weeks and it appears that 22 million pounds deal could soon go through after he might undergo a medical in Manchester on the weekend.
If City do happen to complete the signing of Isco, he would be the third addition this summer following Jesus Navas from Sevilla and Fernandinho from Shakhat Donetsk.
Spanish giants Real Madrid were also interested but playmaker favours a move to City over them. The chance to work with new City boss Manuel Pellegrini, his coach at Malaga for the last two years, was a deciding factor in Isco's decision.

Malaga gave permission for him to speak to City's director of football Txiki Begiristain, who persuaded Isco to move the Premier League.
