15-year-old Belgian Julien Ngoy is being chased down by top EPL clubs, reports The Daily Star. According to the report, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Arsenal are involved in a four-way battle to sign the boy wonder, who made two Under-16 appearances for Belgium in March.
Regarded as one of the brightest upcoming talent in European football, it comes as no surprise seeing the top English clubs locking horns for him.
Jose Mourinho is tracking down his progress very keenly and would like to add him up to his Chelsea squad that already has a few Belgian players.

Apart from English clubs, other popular sides from other leagues such as Real Madrid and Barcelona from La Liga and Paris Saint-Germain from Ligue 1 are also believed to be eagle-eyeing Ngoy. However, their chances don't look too bright after Ngoy's father said EPL is the teenager's preferred destination.
The Belgian is currently impressing one and all as part of the Brussels Academy. According to the academy director Nkandu Ntondo nothing is confirmed as of yet. "Julien is a big talent; one of the biggest I have seen in my academy. However, nothing has been decided upon his future yet."
