Mahendra Singh Dhoni loses his ‘Z class security’

Ranchi: While the security agencies across the nation are worried about Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s security, it seems like Jharkhand government thinks otherwise.

This is the reason that Dhoni’s Z class security has been taken away from him. 

Dhoni enjoyed Z class security earlier but now he will get Y plus security.  Except for Pradeep Balmuchu, all other Congress ministers of the state will see an upgrade in their security levels.

  

After the recent Naxal attack on Congress ministers in Chhattisgarh, a security agency was set up to examine the VVIP security in the state.

Congress ministers Subodh Kant Sahay, Rajendra Prasad Singh and Sukhdev Bhagat were upgraded to ‘Z plus security’ while the security provided to Pradeep Balmuchu was downgraded.

  

Dhoni was given ‘Z class security’ Dhoni after there were reports in some sections of media about the security concerns to the cricketer and his family.

  

According to agencies now, there is no threat to Dhoni in the state and the only threat he faces is from large crowds, so whenever Dhoni comes to Ranchi, special attention will be paid to manage the crowds.

  

In the past, apparently an unhappy with the inadequate security provided to him, Team India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni went to the Birsa Munda airport in Ranchi without any 'armed men' to fly off to Chennai.
