New Delhi: Suspended Rajasthan Royals co-owner Raj Kundra is learnt to have sought divine intervention to lead him out of the betting mess, while Shilpa Shetty has turned to her mother’s comforting words to de-stress, their latest updates on micro-blogging site Twitter suggest.
Kundra, whose name emerged in the raging spot-fixing controversy after Rajasthan Royals pacer-turned prosecution witness Siddharth Trivedi claimed he was approached by one of Kundra’s friend for crucial team information, was recently grilled by Delhi Police Special Cell.
The British-Indian business tycoon, 37, allegedly confessed to placing hefty bets on his own franchise, following which, the BCCI Working Group suspended him from all cricketing activities pending probe.
"A very holy day for me as spent the day doing an 8 hour long puja at home. It`s all about having faith. #peace #love #prayers," tweeted Kundra.
